Starred songs on music app

Is there any way to add tab on the native music app that automatically collates, sort, gather all music being starred? Or even make automatically "top songs" on the "playlist" section of the music app on iPhone/iPod music player without iTunes via pc? Pls help guys..or is the tweak already on cydia?
