I’m having trouble finding a good music player that is as easy to use as my old ipod. I’m old school. All my songs are in mp3s on my computer (PC) in itunes that I sync with my iphone. With my old ipod classic, I can go to a genre, see all of the artists in that genre then scroll through them and look at a list of songs under each artist. The default music app doesn’t do this and is, in fact, terrible for browsing through my library. If I go to a genre, it just shows me a list of albums under that genre sorted by album title with no option to sort by artist and no way to see the songs in each album without clicking on each one individually. It’s almost like apple is going out of their way to keep us from find anything.
