something happened to my iphone 4s Screen, screenshot attached. the colors just changed into this

Check to see that Invert Colors is off. Go to Settings.app > General > Accessibility > Invert Color > Toggle OFF. If it's already on OFF, toggle it on, respring/reboot, then toggle it off, respring/reboot.
