So its past midnight making it offically october 12th, when can i update too IOS5?

Yea so I live in jersey, and it's 12:36am on the 12th so anybody know if I can update yet? iTunes says I'm up too date, but I feel like I have too wait till the west coast cacths up and becomes the 12th for them, so if that's the case again having too wait for the west coast too stop dragging there feet
