Smartweet is a Cydia Tweak which adds a Twitter client to your Notification Center. While this Widget may be a little big, hiding it under all of your other notifications might help. The Tweak acts as a normal Twitter client should, letting you see your Timeline and your Mentions. You have the ability of Retweeting, adding Tweets to Favorites, Reply, and of course composing a new Tweet. Within the settings you can set the amount of Tweets you would like to view within your Timeline at once. Smartweet can be found for $1.99 under the Big Boss Repo in the Cydia Store.
