Siri problem!!

Hi everyone. I'm new to this here so go easy on me. I already got deleted for accidentally hijacking domes thread, please don't ask.

Anyways Siri is not working well. I activated the tab tha indicates to raise phone and place by the ear and speak but it only seems to work when it feels like. Does anyone know if that's a know glitch with Siri and if so is their a way to calibrate it? Please hit me back Ty, any suggestion will be appreciated.

Are you completely covering the proximity sensor above the earpiece hole?

No the sensor is free from obstruction it only works once or twice then it stops working until it goes on standby and start over again. I'm taking it In to the store tm
