Is there a way to make it so that all calls on the iPhone are silent except from one caller? Like if you set calls to silent but somehow make it so that one number still rings? Obviously can't manually change each person in my phone book... Any ideas? Maybe with vibrate or something?

The best suggestion I can give you is to make a ringtone that is of silence (length doesn't matter); put the ringtone on your phone. Then, make it the default ringtone for your phone (Settings > Sounds > Ringtone). That will make all your calls ring that silent tone.
Then, in your stock Contacts app, go to the one person who you DO want to hear from and make their ring tone something that makes a sound. The Contact ringtone will override the main setting...
That is the quickest/easiest way I know to make all but one caller silent.
