When I’m out and about seri isn’t available but I haven’t changed anything I don’t think. Can’t remember the settings for this. Little help? Thanks

Do you have cellular data turned off? Siri needs an internet connection to work.

It’s been on but did finally update my phone. Maybe that was the prob but I don’t see why.

You may have unintentionally changed a setting on your iPhone that caused the problem with Siri. That doesn’t explain how it started working again after an iOS update. Do you run iOS beta software on your iPhone?
