Sending Pictures To iCloud

Is there a way to send pics on your phone to iCloud. I know it says it's supposed to after 30 days, but is there a way to bypass this waiting period? I would really like to be able to send my pics to iCloud and not just sitting in my phone taking up memory space.

I believe you will have to wait until the new iCloud update is rolled out. Expecting it to be announce at Apple's WWDC the week of June 11th.
