Secure folder

Is there any way to put a password on a folder with downloaded 3rd party apps? I gave found apps that let you protect pics, browser, etc. I cannot find one that let's me hide downloaded apps or just put a password on an existing folder. Is this possible? And if so how?

For a clean iPhone, I don't think something like that exists for folders per say. For a jailbroken iPhone, you have a ton of options.
