Scrolling statusbar???

In this video it shows the statusbar scrolling from side to side, any clue as to what tweak this might be?

When you us fake carrier to change the name, if its a long name it does the scrolling automatically. No other tweaks needed. Just spell out the whole word (s) and it will start scrolling.

Lol. Why didn't I think of that. Hehe I haven't used fake carrier since 4.2.6.
