Screen Timeout

Anyone else have issues with the screen timeout being essentially half of what it says?

I have mine set at 1 minute, and the screen dims at 20 seconds and turns completely off at 30. Set at 2 minutes, the screen dims at 45 seconds and completely off at 1 minute.

I want a minute, so I can just set it at 2, but it's still a bug on my end.

This was a fresh restore install of iOS 9.

Try going to Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings, then go and set the timeout delay you want and see if it now works. Also, it can take a day or more for the iPhone to settle down after a major iOS update.

As well as the steps scifan57 mentions above you can perform a Hard Reset.
Hold down your on/off and Home button together until the apple appears, This won't change any settings and can clear glitches.
