Safari banner ads!!! AAAAAARRRRRRRGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!

Anyone know how to get rid of ads in safari that are like a post it note on a computer screen? The ones that stay in the same spot in the screen blocking view of my text??

I can't find an X to click it off and if it touch it it redirects me to their page. Help!!!!
