S.O.S. Can kill Ipod from Iphone 4

Hi after a strange message that accessory may not work properly with my iphone (without plug in any accessory) , i open Sbsettings and the ipod alwayws run and i cant kill it !!! Without running in multitasking .

Anyone from experts inside here can help me

uninstall a few things isws. or close them by double tapping the home button and closing it
