Above is merely a concept render mockup that has been floating around the internet for a while. Perhaps it is close to the final look though. What do you think?
There have been several rumblings around the interwebs suggesting that Apple's newest super-device, the iPhone 5 will come a bit earlier this year than previous launches. According to an unnamed employee at an unnamed large retailer, they have supposedly received insider info that the iPhone 5 may debut on September 21st. Additionally, the source of this story claims that they were skeptical of previous rumors surrounding this date as well until they got wind from their insider source.
Of course, all of this is unsubstantiated and seems like pure hyperbole, so take it with two shakes of salt and call a doctor in the morning...
What is not speculation is that the iPhone 5 is coming sometime this Fall, and will be coming with the new iOS 6 (since Apple confirmed this themselves). Of course other rumors have suggested the distinct possibility that it will have a newly enhanced hardware and aesthetic design. This makes a great case for more innuendo.
