Return policy for verizon

Does anyone know if I will be hit with an termination fee if I port out of verizon during the return period and not return the device?

If you have a legitimate reason by the books that justifies it, they can't say anything about you porting out. However, you'll have to return the device as well, otherwise you'll be charged the full price of the device
