Retrieve pictures and videos..

Backed up my stuff (pictures, videos) in my Mac, iTunes.. After restore, I set up as a new and didn't restore from back up.. How can I get my videos and pictures back?
Is there a folder they are stored in?

~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup is where it is stored on a mac. I'm pretty sure you should still have the option to restore from back up if you right click your device and select restore from back up. Another method would be to download software that can extract the photos from the back up file. There are a few out there. I'm sure if you google it, you will find one.
