Restore gone bad

Just restored my iphone4 and synced now no contacts or apps need some help.

Make sure the relevant boxes and ticked in iTunes and resync you phone...

When i click on apps it shows all my apps but will not transfer to phone

I think contacts are in the first tab in you phone menu in iTunes...

your contacts is on sim card allso. settings - mail/contacts - import sim contacts..

Contacts are in info but it just gives the option of syncing with windows google or yahoo when i sync with windows it says sync complete,nothing there.Also if igo to iphone menu it says import contacts then nothing happens.

FYI talked to apple said to right click on phone i itunes then click restore from backup everything back now hooray ,thanks for your help
