For the longest time I was on Verizon 4.2.6 jailbroken with greenposion iphone. I am far from a newbie on tech issues with the phone. Last week I finally decided to update to the latest firmware, 5.0.1 and jb with redn0w. In the last 5 days the phone has bricked 3 times., apple logo showing and that's it. Cant do a phone restore have to do a factory restore. Using the 0.9.10b2 of redsnow each time. I am tired of redoing the phone and since my 2 cydia backup apps don't restore I am stuck putting in all of the cydia apps. I am actually ready to eat my contract buy a 4s and not jb but I would miss all of the cydia apps.Has anyone else had issues jb'ing the new firmware. It is bad enough the mywi doesnt work but staying up nights t restore and only have it crap out again is too much.

I've never had those types of issues on a 5.0.1 jailbreak, maybe do a fresh restore and jailbreak with the latest redsn0w 0.9.10b3
