received BBM voice note on my I Phone

hi all,

Please i need your help on this matter, it's really important to me. please try to help on the below since i searched online and couldn't find solution.

received an voice note on my iphone through BBM messenger. the sender have black berry, which send voice notes with .acc --- file is received but i can't play it, also cant find it in the phone neither the itunes.

this file is really important to me and i couldn't find it or open it in any chance, please help me people!!!!!
