RapidLinks is a Cydia Tweak which will allow you to set up to 5 different links to a hotbar which pops up using an Activator action. Simply go into the settings, set your Activator action, your 5 links, 5 labels and you're ready to go. Do something like "Double-Tap Status Bar" and a hotbar with your links will pop up. You can tap any of your options to open up Safari and take you to that page. RapidLinks can be found for FREE under the Big Boss Repo in the Cydia Store.
