Awesome Music Controll is a Cydia Tweak which will give you MusicBanners, plus a lot more. If you guys remember MusicBanners which popped up a notification with song info every time a song changed this does that. It also allows you to tap the notification to bring up music controls. If you need more, you can set an Activator action to pop up the last notification as well. An extra feature to this is a musical note icon on your Lockscreen which will also pop up music controls.
