Random group message... Plz help

So I got this random group message saying help. My number isn't where it says To: there's only like 10 different random numbers that I don't know.... So how did I get this if my number isn't there and is there anything I should be worried about like my phone getting hacked or something....? Thanks!!!

If you don't recognize the number it is from, forward it to your providers spam reporting # and then delete it. It could be the text form of phishing.
