Question about an Iphone App Developer

How it's going? I'm recently new to this forum and I've been searching for an iphone app maker. I was think'n this would be the right crowd of peeps to ask. During part of my search I ended up landing on this guy's page..

I think I agree with the author. I have hired app developers and I am a programmer myself as well so I can tell. The quality of code, especially that written overseas, is particularly low. I am not a racist but I have observed it more off shore than within here.

Id like to ask a question as well, I have a few apps in mind but Im no developer nor do I intend to really lend a hand in its creation. I dont know coding and Im not trying to learn it. However I do have ideas and I was willing to pass them on to a developer to see what they can do with them.
