Question about 3G

Hi there!
I was just wondering if there is a way to set my iphone 4 to connect throw 3G every hour, but only for 5 minutes.
Someone suggest me Auto3G or myprofiles, but i can't configure them out like i want.

you should upgrade your iOS for better usability.

It has already the last firmware...That doesn't seem to help me, cause i don't have those options...
