push notifications

my iPhone has been bypass and the major issue is that I can't alert for the notifications whenever i receive any text message or notification from the facebook or whatsapp etc it didn't notify me [emoji17]
How can I fix this problem please guide me .. Thanks in advance ..
And my push notifications are on..

In Settings - Notifications go to the apps where you need a notification.

Did you also allow "Show in Notification Centre", "Sounds" and "Show on Lock Screen"?

Which kind of alert did you choose? In your case, it shouldn't be "None". If you want your alerts to disappear without you taking action, "Banners" is the right choice. If you want to make sure you notice the alert, you'll have to select "Alert", because you'll have to take action when it appears, otherwise the popup will stay until you tap "Close" or "Open".
