Tech Radar reports today that digital radio company Pure has launched a new Internet radio iPhone app that enables users to access its Lounge online radio portal.
This is the first time Pure has released such an app, and the companys impressive reputation in the digital radio world is bound to make people take notice of the app, as the British company was one of the very first companies to start making digital radio sets at the start of the digital radio revolution.
The new app enables iPhone, iPod touch and iPad users to listen to not just Internet radio, but also podcasts, listen again content and a library of unique and ambient Pure sounds. The Internet radio feature alone offers a world of local, national and global radio content ranging from American country to current events in far-flung countries and much more in between.
