Hey guys, does anyone know how to download PSP emulator on your iPhone without having to JB it?

You can't install non-Apple programs on a stock iPhone. So you can't install that emulator unless you're Jailbroken.

I'm afraid that hoping just isn't enough. Unless you're willing to jailbreak, you won't be able to add that emulator. With that, this thread is closed.
