Problem with Xperia phone.

My neighbor has this phone and it turns off automatically randomly. Why does that happen?

There can be a few reasons for this behaviour: third party apps, corrupt data, an SD or SIM card that causes this problem, or the motherboard.
Maybe he'll find a repair center, and let them take a look at it.
