It’s showing that you have recently given access to the camera for the Magnifier App.

How bout my phone? It shows the privacy icon for the video and microphone occasionally. It never appears when my sisters call. However when some of my rowdy friends call, the privacy icons appears, especially the microphone icon. What say you?
