I am on apple upgrade program, they are saying they are not taking reservation now will open on sept 17 again. I tried to upgrade at 3:05 am EST.

The website is up and running for me. Delivery dates for the iPhone 7 are September 16-20 and the iPhone 7 Plus are 2-3 weeks.

Delivery times are now 4-6 weeks for some versions of the the 7 Plus.

Same here, It took almost half an hour, The same thing happened last year.
