Popular Action Game Super Hexagon Goes Free within the Apple Store Shopping App

Apple is making available the Super Hexagon minimal action game as a free download exclusively through the official Apple Store shopping app. The game has a rating of 4.5 out of 5 stars based on submissions from nearly 9,000 App Store reviewers and currently sells for $2.99 in the App Store.

In order to make use of the promotion, you need to download Apple’s free Apple Store app to your iPhone, iPod touch or iPad. After opening it, you need to tap on the Stores tab at the bottom of the screen and then swipe on the carousel right below the One to One option until you see teaser graphics for Super Hexagon.

You then need to tap on it and then tap the green “Download now for free” button at the bottom. After that you will be taken to the App Store app to confirm your Apple ID password and then you just need to tap the Redeem button in the upper right corner of the screen and the game will begin downloading to your device.
