please help, i am constantly getting the error 0ex800022 in itunes

i am in need of urgent help, My jailbroken iPhone 3g is getting error 0xE800022 on iTunes, plz help. reinstalling itunes didnt help. my iphone cant be recognized on any other software ( i have tried copy trans manager, iphone browser, touch copy but all have failed)
[h=3]i am also having problem with my photos. the photos app crashes everytime i open it. i have tried almost everything, deleted everything from DCIM, deleted these 3 files[/h]

• Photos.sqlite
• PhotosAux.sqlite
• com.apple.photos.caches_metadata.plist

​. after deleting these files i get the updating library message but it crashes again. after deleting these several times i observed that the metadata file wasnt rebuilt in the process. does that have anything 2 do with my problem? someone from this expert community please help
