Does anyone know what theme this is?? And how i can get it for my phone! It would be much appriecated! Thank you in advance!

Doesn't look like a Winterboard theme...looks more like "Cascade" for the dock icons....and "Iconoclasm" or the superior "CustomGrid" for the springboard icons.....all found in Cydia...
