Phone getting very hot as charging

I have two identical docking/charging stations. One makes the phone very hot as it is charging. Should I be worried?

Possibly. It might be that one has a shortage or possible hardware problem that may be causing the device to get hot. If you're also using it while charging, it gets hot as well.
