Due to a faulty hard disk, my laptop operating system (windows 7) had to be reinstalled. Once I reinstalled iTunes and authorized the 'new' laptop with my iPhone 3GS, I was still unable to create a playlist on it or drag and drop directly on to the phone, as I always had. I have the latest iTunes and iPhone operating system. I've tried syncing and changing the settings of the music tab. I've tried restarting the PC and powering the phone off and on. I've also tried swearing and crying. But nothing has worked so far. HELP!
