pc crashed so what now.

My daughters pc crashed and had to have a fresh install done meaning that she has lost all of her itunes account, of course being a teenager that always knows best, there is no back up of her account.
She still has all of her music and photos on her phone but cant reinstall itunes as it will wipe her phone when it syncs so what can I do to fix it for her.

Install iTunes. When you plug your device in for the first sync and such, it'll say you'll need to wipe your device and such yaddyyadda. On the top, click on Store > Authorize this PC, and sign in with the Apple ID that's on her device. This should prevent any wiping done. The best thing to do in this case would be to manually manage your music and data and such by heading to the device's profile page, and ticking the last option at the bottom which says Manually Manage Music. Create a backup of the device before attempting to sync for the first time, that way, if all hell breaks loose, you can still restore the backup you just made, which has all the data on her device.
