Through the Facebook app in the settings menu on iPhone 4 you can go to the settings and see the username and email address used but the password is all dots. I need this to be revealed. Please help

Unfortunately, there is no way to reveal this password.

If you need the Facebook password, you'll have to use the Facebook password recovery tools. I'm sure there is a link on the official Facebook page to request a new password.
