Password Protection for apps in iPhone

I am wondering is there any application(free) that I can use in iPhone to password protect the apps whichever I want to? Just like I want to password protect my mail, so if anyone want to open it, it ask for password to enter before opening that app.

This is possible, but only if you are jailbroken. The tweak I use to do this is called Applocker.

Correct. iOS is a single user os and you can password protect the entire phone.
