Overkill problems

Hey everybody. So I have a Verizon iphone and downloaded the game Overkill from the app store but im having problems. The game launches but when I get to the screen of options I tough 'play' and it doesnt respond. Some things respond in strange places and when I try to go back to the menu by touching 'menu' for example it doesnt work. So I cant play it basically. I have tried redownloading a few times, ive restarted the phone, but nothing works or fixes the problem. Any ideas whats goin on or is anyone experiencing the same thing? Thanks!

i have had the same problem. i downloaded it 3 times and never got it to work so i gave up.

so i was looking into this and it seem that the verizon iphones have a lesser version OS then the at&t phone and that is what is causing the issue. the developer of the game is looking into the issue
