Interested in making next phone a 4s but I have a few issues to address my use of Outlook. Would appreciate any input on the points below:

- being able to embed objects (emails, documents, images,...) in Tasks, Appts, Contacts and have those sync between?
- manage multiple calendars and have them cross reference each other, again, sync between all devices?

I realize that I may be stuck in the MS workflow and I am not against approaching this from a different angle but at the end of the day I need a comprehensive PIM workflow that allows for both manual and systemic grouping of information.

Cheers.

So long as whoever hosts your Exchange service allows it, the iPhone will connect directly to the Exchange server. I use it that way and have 2 computers, 1 iPad and 1 iPhone working with my Exchange account. All my data (Email, Contacts, Calendar, Tasks) stays up to date across all 4 devices with no effort on my part. The setup is very simple so long as you have the information required.

Thanks for the reply. I was more getting at how do I get away from Exchange/Outlook but still do business use? Can any of the cloud solutions do object linking like creating an appt or task and attach relevant information to it?
