Otterbox defender screen protector

Colors and whites are all pixelated from the built in screen protector and its really annoying anyone else experiencing this?

I have both. The one without the built in cover and renown prior to it being made... Didn't use it yet cause I still have a screen protector and regular clear back ....
I hope it doesn't ruin anything!
