I would be very cautious about installing any so called cleaning Apps on my Mac. Apple has built in excellent management tools of its own.

I am also very cautious. Onyx is the only such tool I would use, and I've been using it for years. It is extremely powerful and could potentially cause damage, which is why I only use the default maintenance options.

I was made aware of it via a Mac forum whose members had tested the product extensively. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that forum. They made the mistake of requiring regular password changes and I lost access during an extended time away.
