Wow, first time joining a forum that asks people to introduce themselves. I am already a fan!

So... hi! I am an ex-Apple Store employee who was on a support team that focused on the iPhone back when the 5 was still in production. I left just after the iPhone 5S/5C release and have since moved to something that puts me behind a desk and in front of a computer screen. Anyway, I'm currently running a gold iPhone 6 and I love it.
