Notes Disssapearing

I keep losing some of my notes on my Iphone 4. And Im not sure why they just go away but the most important note i have is all my passwords to everything. This is about the 5th time they just dissapear and I have to re enter them on my iphone.

Hello and welcome to the forum.......thats not good, try doing a reset and see if this help, sometimes things get hung up
