Notepad

Is there any way that I can password protect my notepad? As in if I lend my phone to someone, they can't look in it without typing a password.

On a non-jailbroken device, no. You can, however, temporarily "delete" Notepad.app, and just respring/reboot your device and it'll come back

I use an app called The Vault. It does basically what you're asking and it's very simple. Whenever you open it it asks for a 5-digit code and BANG!, there's your notes and folders. And the best part is, unless you wanna sync notes to other devices, it's completely Free!

So I downloaded the vault. I try to put pictures from my camera roll but when i open to see it, pictures aren't there.

Not sure. I never used it for pics my self.
