Hey guys. I am a total noob. I never really cared about phones much, and never had a top of the line phone. The last phone I even had that was halfway decent was the Envy from Verizon, that phone was pretty good, but obviously isn't on par with the Iphone. Just got the Iphone 4.2.1 , and I am trying to get caught up to speed by reading all of the threads...Also I'm not computer literate at all...
Seeing as how technology is just not stopping, and this stuff is getting really cool, it's about time to get up to par...
So, could anyone guide me through a list of terms for retards?
DFU, SSH, can you go through DOS here, or is that DFU?
Now, prior to jailbreaking, we should back up our current data onto SSH or something?
