NON VISUAL VOICEMAIL

Most of the time I do not receive any visual indication that I have voicemail waiting. Why is that happening?

If you've already checked to make sure notifications are turned on for phone (allow badge icons) in the notifications centre, then it's likely a carrier problem. Contact your service provider and complain.
