no photos tab on itunes (screenshot)

hi all
got iphone 4 today, and cannot transfer photos FROM pc TO iphone. there is just no photo tab

i have been all over google and cant find an answer, i have also messed around with screen resolution and makes no difference.
new to all this, please can someone help?

itunes was downloaded today too, and dont know which one it is.

can some please help? at the end on my teather!

I think he's refering to the drop down on the left under his phone, he needs to click the photos tab on the menu that you all pointed out and tell itunes to sync with the folder where the photos are on his PC

hi guys.
yeah, thickness on my part- i was looking for it by device hahaha.
realised anyway, then after all this phone wouldnt sync cause of crap usb port. gaaar!
got it sorted on another computer though.
