When I'm on a three way call it will not allow me to drop the call or add another call I have to end the whole call completely how to I correct that?

To drop a caller you hit the conference button and hit the red phone icon next to the person you want to drop then you can add another caller. You are limited to a 3-way conference call using the native phone app, HOWEVER, if you have the 4th person call you instead of calling them and you hit "hold+answer" you MIGHT be able to merge the calls and have a 4-way conference, but I have never tried it before it's just a guess.

Found a solution...figured out how to downgrade my phone WITH Apple's approval. Went to the store, told them my phone was glitching and the battery life sucked and they gave me a new one on 4.2.6.

That's not really considered "downgrading..." that's just getting a new phone with an older firmware. Also, I find it very hard to believe that they gave you a new phone with 4.2.6 installed. If they did you got extremely lucky. It is nearly impossible to get a replacement phone even with 4.2.8 installed. Almost all iPhones from the Apple store come with at least 4.2.9 or 4.2.10 pre-installed now.
